Manufacturer warranties apply
Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty. Coverage length and terms are set by the brand — Trackman, Uneekor, Foresight Sports, Garmin, Rapsodo, TruGolf, ProTee Golf, SportScreen, SimSpace, BenQ and others — and are honoured through Hideaway Golf Simulators as your authorized Canadian dealer.
What is generally covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, for the coverage period stated by the manufacturer, when the product has been installed and operated as instructed.
What is generally not covered
Normal wear (including impact screens, turf and netting), accidental or transit damage not reported on delivery, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, commercial use where the warranty is residential-only, and consumable items.
Damage on arrival
Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a freight claim on your behalf.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us first with your order number, the product, and a description or photos of the issue. We coordinate directly with the manufacturer, arrange service, parts or replacement where applicable, and keep you updated through the process. Exact terms, coverage periods and remedies are governed by the manufacturer's published warranty for your specific product.
