Using this website
By using hideawaygolf.ca you agree to these terms. Content on the site — text, images, specifications and guides — is provided for information and may be updated at any time. Site content may not be copied or republished for commercial purposes without written permission.
Products, pricing and availability
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless the currency selector is set to USD, and are subject to change without notice. Specifications and availability come from our suppliers and can change. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by an obvious error.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and the order is confirmed by us. Some products — including folding simulators, Trackman enclosures and The Sim Bin — are quoted individually rather than sold through online checkout.
Shipping, freight and delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by suppliers and freight carriers. Oversized items ship by freight and may require additional handling charges, which are shown before checkout where applicable. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery; damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, and product coverage is governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Installation and site suitability
Room dimensions, ceiling height, electrical capacity, permitting and structural requirements are the customer's responsibility to confirm. Guidance we provide is planning advice, not a professional engineering, electrical or building assessment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the sale or use of a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
