Return Window
Varies by brand: 14 days (SimSpace), 30 days (Garmin, SportScreen, IDRA, Trackman). SimBooth and Folding Simulators are final sale — no returns accepted.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before shipping anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend insured, trackable shipping for high-value returns.
Restocking Fees
SportScreen products: 35% restocking fee. IDRA (GolfIn) products: 15% shipping and handling fee deducted from refund. Garmin and Trackman: no restocking fee.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and approved: Garmin — up to 30 days. IDRA — within 15 days. SportScreen — within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return
Contact us before shipping anything back. Email info@hideawaygolf.ca or call 1-902-223-6894 with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue an RMA number and return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items.

Uneekor Products
Returns accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items only. Submit request within 15–60 days depending on product type.
SportScreen (Vanish / Parlour)
30-day return window. 35% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Custom products are non-returnable.
IDRA (GolfIn) Products
30-day return window. 15% shipping and handling fee deducted from refund. Refund processed within 15 days of receipt.
SimBooth Products
All sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds.
SimSpace Enclosures
14-day return window for eligible stock items in original, unused condition. Custom or special-order items not eligible.
Trackman Products
30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Defective items may be returned or replaced.
Folding Golf Simulators
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase.
Projectors
Unopened only within 30 days. No returns on opened, non-defective projectors. Verify compatibility before opening.
