Where We Ship
Hideaway Golf Simulators ships Canada-wide from our facility in Bedford, Nova Scotia. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Some products are also available to customers in the United States — shipping eligibility and rates for U.S. destinations are indicated on the product page.
Certain products — including our Folding Golf Simulators — are available for Maritime provinces only (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island) due to size and logistics constraints.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary by product and your destination. The exact shipping cost is always shown to you before you complete payment — there are no surprise fees at the end.
Free Shipping Products
Most launch monitors, hitting mats, replacement screens, and accessories ship free to Canadian addresses. This includes products from Garmin, Rapsodo, Uneekor, Trackman, IDRA (Golfin), SportScreen (Vanish and Parlour sport screens), and Trak18 (impact screens and accessories).
Variable Rate Shipping — SimBooth Products
SimBooth enclosure kits and booths are large, heavy items. Shipping costs vary significantly by province or state. When you view a SimBooth product page, you can select your province or state from a dropdown to see the exact shipping cost before adding to your cart. Some remote provinces require a personalized shipping quote — contact us and we will respond promptly.
Variable Rate Shipping — SimSpace Enclosures
SimSpace golf enclosures include a shipping charge of 10% of the product price. This amount is calculated and clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before payment.
Folding Golf Simulators
Our folding golf simulators are custom-built and available to Maritime province customers only (NS, NB, PE). Pricing and shipping for these units require a personalized quote — contact us to request a quote.
Remote or Oversized Delivery Areas
Remote areas, islands, or addresses with limited carrier access may incur additional charges or require a shipping quote. If your postal code is in a remote area, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm the shipping cost.
You always see the shipping cost before you pay. Shipping is shown on the product page (for variable-rate products) and confirmed again at checkout. We do not charge shipping fees that were not disclosed before payment.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders, bundle packages, and large enclosures (SimBooth, SimSpace, Folding Simulators) may require 3–7 business days of processing before shipment.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, estimated delivery times within Canada are typically 3–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery to Atlantic provinces from our Nova Scotia facility is generally faster (1–4 business days). Remote areas or far western provinces (BC, YT, NT, NU) may take longer.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted Canadian and North American carriers including Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, and UPS depending on your location and the product type.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
- Folding Golf Simulators ship to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island only.
- Garmin and Uneekor launch monitors are available to Canadian customers only through Hideaway Golf — they cannot be shipped to U.S. addresses.
- SimBooth products can ship to select Canadian provinces and some U.S. states — pricing is shown by province/state on the product page.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large or heavy items.
- International shipping (outside Canada and the U.S.) is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds — Summary
Return eligibility, return windows, and refund terms vary by product brand. Below is a quick summary. For full details, see our Returns Policy page.
Garmin
30-day return window. Item must be in original condition with all packaging. Return initiated through Garmin's portal.
Uneekor
Returns accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items only — within 15–60 days depending on product type.
SportScreen (Vanish / Parlour)
30-day return window. 35% restocking fee applies. Customer pays return shipping.
IDRA (GolfIn)
30-day return window. 15% shipping and handling fee deducted from refund. Refund within 15 days of receipt.
SimBooth
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
SimSpace & Folding Simulators
SimSpace: 14-day return window for eligible stock items. Folding Simulators: all sales are final.
Trackman
30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Defective items replaced or refunded.
Projectors
Unopened only within 30 days. No returns on opened, non-defective projectors. Verify compatibility before opening.
To initiate a return: Email info@hideawaygolf.ca or call 1-902-223-6894 with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization.
