How we handle your information at Hideaway Golf Simulators.

What we collect

Information you give us — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and any details you include in a quote or contact request. We also collect basic technical information such as pages viewed, referring site, browser and approximate location, used to keep the site working and to understand which content is useful.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and quote requests, process and ship orders, arrange freight and installation, provide warranty and after-sales support, and — if you opt in — send occasional product news. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment processors and are never stored on our servers.

Service providers

We share only what is necessary with providers who help us operate: Shopify (store and checkout), our email delivery provider, freight carriers and installers, and analytics tools. Each is permitted to use the information only to provide that service.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies keep your cart and currency preference working and support anonymous analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the site — including the cart — may not function normally.

Retention and security

Order and enquiry records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal obligations. Access is limited to people who need it, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your rights
